Technical Analyst I

Under direct to general supervision, responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, upgrading, and supporting IT systems that meet Dell Medical School business requirements. The Technical Analyst supports Dell Medical School equipment and is the key technical resource responding to end-user desktop incidents and requests reported to the Service Desk. Problems beyond the scope of their ability or responsibility are communicated in a timely manner to senior-level support personnel. The Technical Analyst adheres to and supports Dell Medical School policies and procedures, and recommends process changes that improve the implementation, maintenance and support of IT&S desktop equipment, A/V equipment, and software.

Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) is an entry level position for graduates of a bachelors degree program.  As a member of the E&A team, you will be representing the firm at client locations across North America, working face-to-face with hospital clinicians, IT analysts and administrators to analyze workflows as well as implement measurements and technologies to improve the operations of the healthcare provider. Your primary responsibilities will include: Analyzing the business processes to define performance metrics, implementing automated performance measures, studying evolving research in the Healthcare IT space and bringing those solutions to the providers.

Engagement Manager

The Engagement Manager (EM) is an experienced professional with 5 or more years of experience in healthcare.  The EM is a project manager responsible for leading project teams at client sites, ensuring projects are delivering value & representing the firm.  The EM will manage client delivery on the ground, working with senior leadership, defining roles & responsibilities of the team members, ensuring all project deliverables are defined, managing the project schedule and reporting progress on the program.  The role includes regular travel to client sites and coordination of the engagement team.  Responsibilities for the role include managing cross-functional teams of 5-10, defining measurable outcomes for projects, defining team structure and governance, managing and reporting on project timelines as well as managing project budgets and cost.

Associate

The Associate Analyst (AA) is an entry level position for graduates of a masters degree program.  The Associate Analyst will be representing the firm at client locations across North America, working face-to-face with hospital clinicians, IT analysts and administrators to analyze workflows as well as implement measurements and technologies to improve the operations of the healthcare provider. Your primary responsibilities will include: Analyzing the business processes to define performance metrics, implementing automated performance measures, studying evolving research in the Healthcare IT space and bringing those solutions to the providers.

Principle

The Principle role at Ellis & Adams is a leadership role in the firm, responsible for leading value delivery at client sites, cultivating relationships with clients and framing solutions to various business problems ranging from project execution to strategic planning.  The Principle role requires a master's degrees plus 10 or more years of experience in the healthcare care industry combined with an in-depth knowledge of healthcare operations and management.
